ViewSonic LSD500-4K 4K Laser Projector
The ViewSonic LSD500-4K is a 5,000 ANSI lumen 4K UHD laser projector for meeting rooms, education and larger commercial spaces. It combines a third-generation laser light source, 1.6× optical zoom, network control and flexible installation options.

Distances are approximate and measured from the projector lens to the screen surface. They are calculated from ViewSonic’s official 1.40-2.24:1 throw ratio and 16:9 image width. Allow for mounting, zoom tolerance and site conditions before installation.

5,000 ANSI Lumens for Large Spaces
With 5,000 ANSI lumens of brightness, the LSD500-4K is designed for boardrooms, classrooms, auditoriums and other larger spaces where a bright, clear projected image is important.
Third-Generation Laser Phosphor Technology
The lamp-free, third-generation laser phosphor light source provides up to 30,000 hours of operation in SuperEco mode, helping reduce lamp replacements and ongoing maintenance.
Detailed Images and High Contrast
A 0.65-inch DMD imaging chip helps deliver defined text, strong detail and high contrast, making the projector suitable for presentations and video content.
Large Images up to 300 Inches
Project an image from 30 to 300 inches diagonally (16:9). The large available screen size suits commercial displays, training spaces and venues needing high-impact visuals.
Centralised Network Control
Integrated LAN control supports centralised projector management. ViewSonic lists Crestron and Q-SYS certification, with compatibility for AMX, Extron, PJLink and ATEN control systems.
Flexible Positioning with 1.6× Optical Zoom
The 1.6× optical zoom lens provides a throw ratio of 1.40-2.24:1, allowing a range of installation distances for the same image size. See the corrected projection distance table above.
Keystone and Four-Corner Adjustment
Horizontal and vertical keystone correction (±30°) and four-corner adjustment help align the projected image when ideal positioning is not possible. Physical lens alignment remains preferable where practical.
360° and Portrait Projection
Support for 360° installation and 90° portrait orientation allows projection onto walls, ceilings or floors and offers flexibility for exhibitions, signage and creative installations.
Dedicated Golf Colour Mode
Golf Colour Mode enhances greens and blues for golf simulation, helping fairways, putting greens and skies appear vivid and easy to distinguish.
Energy-Efficient Laser Light Source
The lamp-free laser design is intended to reduce maintenance and energy costs compared with conventional projector light sources.
Optional Wireless Screen Casting
Add compatible wireless screen casting with the optional ViewShare kit, sold separately. The projector includes a USB-A 5V/1.5A output that can power the wireless accessory.

HDMI 2.0b with 4K at 60 Hz

Compatible projector software updates can be installed through a USB connection to a laptop, when updates are available from ViewSonic.
