Choosing a Video Wall

Bezel width is the single biggest decision, and the main driver of price. A 3.5mm bezel-to-bezel panel leaves a visible grid line between screens - fine for information walls, wayfinding, menu boards and control rooms where content is laid out per-screen rather than spanning the whole array. A 1.74mm bezel is the sweet spot for premium retail and corporate spaces, where a single image is stretched across the wall but viewers are a few metres back. A 0.44mm even bezel makes the join effectively disappear at normal viewing distance - specify it for flagship retail, reception walls, broadcast backdrops and any array that must read as one unbroken screen.

Brightness should match the room, not the budget. 500 nits is ample for controlled interior lighting - lobbies, control rooms, corridors and back-of-house. Step up to 700 nits for shopfronts, atriums, glass-fronted spaces and anywhere daylight falls on the panels; a dim wall in a bright room simply won't be read.

Array size and content. All models in this range daisy chain, so a 2×2 or 3×3 can be driven from a single source without a separate processor. A 2×2 of Full HD panels gives you a true 4K canvas; larger arrays or mixed-content layouts generally call for a dedicated video wall processor or signage player, which we can quote alongside the screens.

Mounting and servicing. Video walls need purpose-built mounts, not standard flat-panel brackets - the array has to sit perfectly flush, and every panel must be reachable for service. Pop-out mounts with corner micro-adjustment let you align the wall after installation and pull any screen forward without dismantling its neighbours.
