Terms of Service

Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full within 7 days of purchase.
  • Payments are securely processed via NAB, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Please note: My Projectors does not store any credit card details.
  • All products remain the property of My Projectors until payment is received in full.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, the price is final. We are unable to offer compensation for price changes after the order is submitted.
  • If you choose to cancel an order after full payment has been received but before dispatch, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and handling costs.

Shipping and Warranty

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or not functioning, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We kindly ask that returns are sent back in their original packaging to help us process your case efficiently.
  • All items include an Australian manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period is listed on each product page. If you're unsure, please feel free to contact us or the manufacturer directly.
  • Warranty claims can be made either through our team or directly with the manufacturer. While we are happy to assist you, contacting the manufacturer directly is often the fastest way to process your claim.
  • Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to products that have been misused, altered, or not used according to the provided instructions.

Returns and Cancellations


Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. If you'd like to return an item under these circumstances, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Returns for New Items (Excluding Projector Screens)
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in brand new condition.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Projector Screens


If the box is opened or the seal is broken, a 50% restocking fee applies.

For unopened boxes:

  • Order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
  • Exchanges for a different item will incur a 10% restocking fee plus freight.
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

Product Compatibility and Projector Returns

  • We provide general sales guidance only—please ensure your selected product is compatible with your system. My Projectors is not liable for compatibility-related issues.
  • If a projector has been opened and used for less than 5 lamp hours, a 40% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return approval remains at our discretion based on product condition.

Non-Faulty Warranty Returns

  • If an item returned under warranty is found to be in working condition, a $60 processing and examination fee will apply.
  • The buyer will also need to cover the cost of return shipping.
