Shipping Policy

At My Projectors, we aim to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below is a guide to our shipping process and estimated delivery timeframes.

Shipping Providers

  • For projectors and accessories, we primarily ship via Australia Post (signature required), TNT, StarTrack Express, Toll Ipec, or Couriers Please.

  • For sensitive or fragile items such as digital signage and TV panels, we use specialised delivery services like TSS Sensitive, Cope Sensitive, and TNT/FedEx to ensure safe and secure handling during transit.

  • Other couriers we also work with include Allied Express, Direct Freight, and Aramex (Fastway), depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order.

Delivery Attempts & Collection

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery:

    • Australia Post parcels will be taken to your nearest post office, where they can be collected with a signature.

    • Courier deliveries may be rescheduled or taken to a nearby collection point (e.g., petrol station or newsagency), depending on the courier’s arrangements. You may also be able to rearrange the delivery time directly with the courier.

  • Deliveries are made during business hours, so we recommend ensuring someone is present at the delivery address.

  • If a courier is unable to deliver the item after two attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

For Projectors

(Approximate delivery times from dispatch):

  • 1–2 business days: Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast Metro, Melbourne Metro

  • 2–3 business days: Adelaide Metro

  • 3–6 business days: Hobart Metro

  • 6–8 business days: Perth, Darwin

  • Outer/regional areas: May take longer

For Projector Screens, Digital Signage, Interactive Whiteboard and TV Panels

(These bulky items may require longer transit times):

  • 2–3 business days: Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast Metro, Melbourne Metro

  • 3–4 business days: Adelaide Metro

  • 4–7 business days: Hobart Metro

  • 7–8 business days: Perth, Darwin

  • Outer/regional areas: Additional time may apply

Shipping Charges & Free Freight

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $150, to metropolitan areas in major cities only.

  • For projector screens delivered to non-metro or regional areas, a freight surcharge will apply.

  • All shipments are insured at no additional cost.

PO Box Deliveries

If your order includes projectors or accessories shipped via Australia Post, delivery to a PO Box is accepted.
For all other deliveries sent via courier, please provide a physical street address, as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

All items are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or not functioning, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We kindly ask that the product be returned in its original packaging within 5 days so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
