Shipping
We primarily utilise TNT / FedEx and Australia Post for projectors under 5Kg cubic weight. Additionally, we employ several reputable courier services, including Allied Express, Couriers Please, Cope Sensitive, Direct Freight, Aramex / Fastway, StarTrack Express, Sensitive Freight and Toll Ipec.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier will either attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at the nearest pickup point. For items shipped via Australia Post, parcels will be available for collection at the closest post office.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 1-2 business days for Sydney, Brisbane / Gold Coast Metro and Melbourne Metro;
- 2-3 business days for Adelaide Metro;
- 3-5 business days for Hobart Metro;
- 4-6 business days for Perth; and
- 5-8 business days for Darwin.
